Returns & Exchange Policy

Silvaroo Retail Exchange and Replacement Policy

At Silvaroo Retail, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer returns, we provide a flexible exchange and replacement policy as outlined below.

1. Items Eligible for Exchange/Replacement

  • Exchange Policy: You can exchange any unused and unworn items within 7 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. However, coins, utensils, and God idols are not eligible for exchange unless the items are defective.
  • Replacement Policy: If you wish to replace an item, the conditions remain the same. The replacement will only be processed after the original item is picked up and verified by us.

2. Conditions for Exchange/Replacement

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Any shipping charges paid during the order are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges or replacements will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange/Replacement

You can initiate the exchange or replacement process through any of the following methods:

  • WhatsApp: Contact our WhatsApp support team at to initiate the process.
  • Email: Send an email to care@silvaroo.in with your order details and the item you wish to exchange or replace.

Once your request is confirmed, we will schedule a reverse pick-up. Please be available for the pick-up and respond to calls from the delivery partner. In case you miss the pick-up, the request will need to be re-initiated, leading to delays.

4. Exchange/Replacement Process

  • Once the item is picked up, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions mentioned above.
  • After successful verification, we will process your exchange or replacement. You will receive the replacement item within 7-10 business days.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel will be required for us to process your request. Claims without sufficient evidence may not be honored.

5. Exceptions

  • Items like coins, utensils, and God idols are non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or replacements if the items do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Warranty

  1. What is SILVAROO’s Warranty Policy?

At SILVAROO, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide a 6-month warranty on all our silver jewellery from the date of invoice against any tarnish on all jewellery. Please note that the warranty can only be claimed once the exchange period for the order has ended.

2. How do I claim a warranty?

To make a claim against our warranty please take the following steps:

  • Take a photo & video of the tarnished item and email us at care@silvaroo.in with your order number, photo & video evidence & the claim.
  • Customer will have to self-ship the product to our official address and email us the details of courier with AWB number. 
  • Address: SILVAROO RETAIL, 201/Shivam Apartment, Ashok Nagar, Mumbai-400101
  • Once we receive the product, our team of experts will do the thorough quality check & lab test of the product, and if the issue is resolved satisfactorily at our end, then we will ship the repaired product back to you with no additional repair cost. SILVAROO RETAIL will have a complete discretion in this matter.

3. What are the next steps after I have submitted my claim for a warranty?

    • If your warranty submission has been approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item or, if unavailable, a store credit equivalent to the purchase price. Refunds will not be issued for warranty claims.
    • In order for us to continue improving, we require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing.
    • Products worked on by outside jewellers voids any potential for replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.

    4. What is NOT covered in our warranty policy?

    • Any damage, or breakage while the jewellery is not in possession of the company.
    • Any jewellery re-sized or altered in any way by a 3rd party.
    • Misused the product in any way that caused the problem.
    • Knew of or were made aware of any faults before you bought the product.
    • Does not cover loss, reasonable general wear and tear, or incorrect storage of jewellery.
    • Warranty is applicable to our entire Jewellery range. It’s not applicable on Coins, Idol’s, Utensils and products other than jewellery.
