We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above Rs.499. Currently we deliver to selected cities within India. Please check if we deliver to your pin code/city by entering your pin code in the product page/shopping/cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area/city, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
If your order was not picked from our warehouse, then we surely change your address. Whereas in other cases when your order was shipped, in that case, our delivery requires some time to call our product back and send it again to your new delivery address.

Once your order is shipped, you'll be notified over an email and even a WhatsApp message from us, complete with the details of our trusted delivery partner and your unique tracking ID.
All users also have the option to track their orders by clicking on Track Order. The user has to enter the email address used while placing the order and the order number to track the order. You can also https://tracking.silvaroo.co/ to track the status of your order.
Registered users can Sign in and track their orders from order history section in the account page.
We make our best efforts to ensure that the orders are processed within 1-3 days and delivered within 5-7 working days of you placing the order.
In the unlikely event that an order gets lost during transit, we wait for 15 days to track your lost order and if we are still unsuccessful, then we process your refund through the payment mode that you had opted for at the time of placing the order.
Exchanges and Replacement
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, please note that the 7 days exchange policy is not applicable on personalized orders, coins, utensils, and God idols other than in cases of defective products.
You can also avail replacement The conditions remain the same as those applicable to exchange. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up & verified by us. Please note that the items must be returned in their original packaging and should not have been used. SILVAROO reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.
Once a return request has been raised, our pickup partners will reverse pick up your order in 3 working days from the day of booking the return. You will be notified about a successful return pick-up. In case you have received an incorrect item, SILVAROO allows you to exchange your product for up to seven days from the time of delivery of the order. If you want to exchange the product, please do not use it.

We understand that preferences may vary, which is why we offer exchanges for a different item if you're not satisfied with the jewellery, received a faulty product, or received an incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Please note that in the event of an exchange, any price differences will be collected from you or refunded to you in your SILVAROO Wallet.
Cancelations
You can cancel your order from our Website . However, please note the cancellation window is open until your order is processed. We won't be able to take the cancellation request post that.

Payments
After making the payment, please allow up to 10-15 minutes to receive an order confirmation email or text message. If you haven't received any confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us via email, or chat, and we will assist you further. If the payment has been received by us, we will manually create your order and ship it. However, if the amount has not reached us, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment source within 5-7 working days.
You can choose a COD option on orders up to Rs. 7000. If your order amount is above this, please use a digital method of payment. We do not charge any extra amount for COD service.
Jewellery Care
Our silver jewellery is coated with a protective layer(Rhodium) which protects it from tarnishing or turning black or getting grubby and ensures long-lasting brilliance.
Here are some tips to ensure proper care of your jewellery.
- Keep away from water, Direct sunlight, and Perfumes,
- Store the jewellery in air tight zip lock/box provided with Silvaroo kit when you are not wearing them.
- Polish your jewellery using a soft cloth provided with Silvaroo kit, do not use paper towels or tissues.

Warranty
At SILVAROO, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide a 6-month warranty on all our silver jewellery from the date of invoice against any tarnish on all jewellery. Please note that the warranty can only be claimed once the exchange period for the order has ended.
To make a claim against our warranty please take the following steps:
- Take a photo & video of the tarnished item and email us at care@silvaroo.in with your order number, photo & video evidence & the claim.
- Customer will have to self-ship the product to our official address and email us the details of courier with AWB number.

- Once we receive the product, our team of experts will do the thorough quality check & lab test of the product, and if the issue is resolved satisfactorily at our end, then we will ship the repaired product back to you with no additional repair cost. SILVAROO RETAIL will have a complete discretion in this matter.
- If your warranty submission has been approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item or, if unavailable, a store credit equivalent to the purchase price. Refunds will not be issued for warranty claims.
- In order for us to continue improving, we require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing.
- Products worked on by outside jewellers voids any potential for replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
- Any damage, or breakage while the jewellery is not in possession of the company.
- Any jewellery re-sized or altered in any way by a 3rd party.
- Misused the product in any way that caused the problem.
- Knew of or were made aware of any faults before you bought the product.
- Does not cover loss, reasonable general wear and tear, or incorrect storage of jewellery.
- Warranty is applicable to our entire Jewellery range. It’s not applicable on Coins, Idol’s, Utensils and products other than jewellery.
Wallet & offers
Our 100% Value Cashback offer rewards your first purchase on our website with an equivalent amount credited to your SILVAROO Wallet and Cashback will be credited only after the exchange period is over.
For example, if your first order is worth X amount, you will receive amount excluding taxes in your SILVAROO Wallet which will be reflected once on the 8th day after placing the order.
To get the cashback, simply register on the SILVAROO website, add your product to the cart & checkout amount will automatically credit in your SILVAROO wallet.
You can use up to 10% of the Total Cashback amount in your SILVAROO Wallet on a single order.
