Shipping:
Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Once the order is processed, it will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs 499.
- Tracking: You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp and email once the order is shipped.
Exchange/Replacement:
- Exchange Policy: We offer a 7-day exchange policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, please note that the 7-day exchange policy is not applicable on coins, utensils, and God idols, except in cases of defective products. Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of an exchange.
- Replacement Policy: You can also avail of a replacement. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to exchange. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up and verified by us.
Exchange/Replacement Process:
You can initiate an exchange/replacement request by signing in on our website. Please navigate to My Account > Order History and initiate the exchange/replacement request. Once you have booked the exchange request, please ensure you are available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or unable to answer, the delivery partner may cancel the reverse pick-up, requiring the process to be re-initiated, increasing the overall timeline.
In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel to process the request further. Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in your claim not being honored. The brand reserves the right to take the final decision in such cases.
