Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹499. Please enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched. Once shipped, changes require return and reshipment procedures.
Can I order from abroad for delivery in India?
Absolutely! Just enter a valid Indian shipping address while placing the order.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order at https://tracking.SILVAROO.co/ using your email and order number.
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 days and delivered within 5–7 working days.
What if my order is lost in transit?
If not found within 15 days, we will issue a full refund through your original payment method.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer 7-day exchanges on unused, unworn items (excluding customized items, coins, utensils, and God idols). Replacements are sent after return verification.
I received an incorrect or missing item. What now?
Raise a return request. If an incorrect or missing item is confirmed, we will arrange an exchange. Contact care@silvaroo.in for help.
Can I exchange an item I didn’t like?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Any price difference will be adjusted to/from your SILVAROO Wallet.
Payment was deducted but I didn’t receive confirmation?
Allow up to 15 minutes. If you still don’t receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact us. If we received the payment, we will manually create and dispatch your order.
Is there a COD limit?
Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹7000. No additional COD charges apply.
How do I care for my SILVAROO jewellery?
Avoid water, sunlight, and perfumes. Store in the provided zip-lock pouch or box. Use a soft cloth to polish.
What if my jewellery tarnishes?
Silver & rose-gold plated items may fade over time. We offer free rejuvenation service within 6 months (shipping charges applicable).
What does the rejuvenation service include?
Cleaning, tarnish removal, and polishing to restore original shine.
